Due to the nature of our services (classes, tournaments, bookings), we generally do not offer refunds once a session or membership has been started.
Court bookings and training sessions
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
Tournaments and events
Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event start time.
If we offer any downloadable content (e.g., training plans or guides), purchases are non-refundable once downloaded.
To request a refund, contact us at balibeachvolleyballcommunity@gmail.com with your booking/order ID and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method and provider.
